How long will my products take to deliver?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days.

Absolutely. All of our professionals have the appropriate certifications to service your hair in the most safe and efficient manner. 

Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped within 3- 5 business days. An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill you order within (3) business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please note we do not ship on Saturday and sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Product may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

Shipping Costs

The shipping rates are charged based on the weight and location. To receive an order estimate simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Upon checkout, shipping and tax will display for a final cost. Please review the final cost before completing the order.

***A Shipping Insurance Fee up to $3 will be added to all orders.

Sales tax is charged according to the providence or territory to which the item is shipped.

Carriers and Order tracking

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEX

Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

***Once an order is in the possession of a carrier, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and monitor the order to ensure a successful delivery. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the purchaser's responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please arrange for someone to retrieve your package to prevent stolen packages. Due to the nature of our products during the summer months, please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat. 

***If there is any damage to the product  and/or packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at inowellnessspa@gmail.com. You are required to provide images of any/all damages within 3 business days of product delivery.
